Pastor Neil was born in Stuart, Florida in 1973. It was there in south Florida where he grew up attending church and began following Jesus at the young age of 9. It was also there in Florida where he first heard God's call of ministry on his life.

In 1993, at the age of 20, Pastor Neil began in ministry with The New Life Drama ministry out of southern Tennessee. He traveled the country preaching in churches, teaching in schools and performing drama in many places.

In 2000, he moved to Georgia where he worked in bank management and volunteered teaching in the local church. In late 2001, he met his beautiful bride Stephanie. Pastor Neil and Stephanie were married in July of 2002. They have 3 amazing children; Taylor, Elyssa, and Elijah.

Pastor Neil and his family moved to Great Falls, Montana in April, 2013 where he served as the Student & Family Pastor at Harvest Springs Community Church for 10 years. The first time he visited the Absarokee area was in the summer of 2013 when he served at Beartooth Christian Camp. Pastor Neil and his family immediately fell in love with the entire Stillwater County region.

He graduated from the Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry in Portland, Oregon on April 24, 2016. Pastor Neil is ordained through the Western Evangelical Conference. His biggest passion is fulfilling the Great Commission and seeing individuals and entire families come to know Christ and discipling them to do the same with those around them.

Pastor Neil loves spending time with his family, coaching and watching sports (especially volleyball, football, & basketball), listening to music (just about any kind, & usually pretty loud), spending time in the mountains, and having great conversations with friends. Other than the Holy Spirit... He is mostly fueled by coffee and pizza!! :-)
